Nightstub is in beta. You need to be 18 or older. Events and tickets in the beta are samples, nothing is charged, and things may change or break while we build. Keep your account to yourself and use it fairly.
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Nightstub app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Nightstub. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Who can use Nightstub
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give your real name and date of birth, because venues check them at the door.
3. The beta
Nightstub is currently a test version, distributed through Apple's TestFlight. During the beta:
- events, venues and tickets shown in the app are samples and don't give entry to any real event;
- no payment is taken;
- features may change, stop working or be removed, and your test data may be reset;
- we may ask for feedback, which you're free to give or not. If you do, we can use it to improve Nightstub.
When real ticket sales open, we'll publish updated terms covering purchases, refunds and transfers before you can buy anything.
4. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Apple. Keep access to that email or Apple account secure: anyone who controls it can sign in as you. You can see and sign out your devices in the app, and you can delete your account at any time under You, Delete account.
5. Your wallet
The app creates a wallet on your phone to hold your tickets. Its private key stays on your device and we can't see or recover it. If you lose your phone or delete the app, tickets held by that wallet may be lost. We'll explain how recovery works before real tickets are issued.
6. Fair use
Don't use Nightstub to break the law, to resell or copy tickets outside the app, to get around entry codes, to access other people's accounts, or to overload, probe or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Our service
We work to keep Nightstub available and accurate, but the beta is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by the beta being unavailable, inaccurate or reset. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Nightstub and delete your account whenever you want. We may end the beta, or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you by email where we can.
9. Changes
We'll update these terms as Nightstub grows. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use Nightstub after that means you accept the new terms.
